I’m relatively certain I don’t drink coffee “correctly,” something reaffirmed by reading this perfectly reasonable article. The article asks you to believe that it is somehow reasonable to travel with your own coffee making equipment, because god forbid you just drink whatever’s available. No no. To do that, you’d have to be some sort of monster.
As for me: I boil water in my grandmother’s percolator, I pour it over ground coffee in a French press, I plunge four to twenty minutes later (depending upon how scatterbrained I am), and then I consume.
